This snippet imports an Uptime Kuma Jet Template using louislam/uptime-kuma:2. It allows one instance per server, mounts a persistent host data directory at /app/data and routes HTTPS through a running Traefik Jet to internal port 3001. The container labels support an optional IP allowlist and a no-index middleware. Traefik, Docker, Fail2ban and Tower Core dependency templates are included.

Configure and launch

  1. Import the YAML and install the template. Configure the hostname, the bundled Traefik Jet's instance_certbot_email and its certificate challenge. With Cloudflare DNS registration, set web_domain, cloudflare_token and cloudflare_zone_id. For other DNS providers, ensure the Jet has a URL and a matching DNS record. For a Traefik DNS challenge, set the selected provider's credentials (cloudflare_token, digitalocean_api_token, hetzner_api_token, or aws_dns_key_id and aws_dns_access_key).
  2. Create a Jet targeting Running, open its HTTPS URL and complete the first-run administrator setup in Uptime Kuma.
  3. Add monitors and configure notification destinations in Uptime Kuma.

Operate

Use Restart for the existing container and Rebuild to recreate it while keeping its data directory. Destroy deletes the deployment and its local monitoring data. If the UI is unavailable, check the Jet URL, DNS, Traefik certificate and router logs, and whether the container is running on the shared network.
